1. Do you have a Return or Exchange policy?

We currently offer EXCHANGE ONLY.
We do not have a Return Policy.

Customers are advised to check the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged or defective products.

Exchange requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

Products bought using coupon codes or gift vouchers

Customized or altered products

Important Notes for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange:

The product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Items without original tags will not be accepted

Customized / altered products are non-exchangeable

Receive store credit

Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued via email as a voucher code

The voucher can be used during checkout

3. Do you provide reverse pickup for exchange?

Yes, reverse pickup is available.

Pickup is scheduled after payment confirmation
